Birthday: once a year at the cashier. HQ can send a WhatsApp greeting (H-2) with a code if HQ Cloud and an approved template are on. The cashier types that code — they do not invent it.
Top spender: monthly rank for the brand or one branch. After the gift is handed over, that rank clears. Not mixed with stamps.
